Breathable Mesh Upper

Designed to keep you comfortable and supported through any run, the New Balance FuelCell Prism Running Shoes have been constructed using a engineered mesh upper. The upper wraps the foot in breathable comfort whilst providing a secure, locked-down fit. The lightweight, breathable jacquard forefoot allows cool air to flow through the shoe removing uncomfortable heat build-up and regulating internal temperature to create a healthy environment that feet can thrive in. As well as this, the upper is slightly structured to ensure a supportive fit; it ensures a comfortable and locked-in feel so you'll always feel supported. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

FuelCell Midsole

The FuelCell midsole compound is a nitrogen-infused foam that drives you off the cushioning platform quickly and delivers long-lasting performance. Delivering a minimum of 39% more rebound than Revlite, the FuelCell Prism features new and improved high-rebound technology; offering a high rebound carrier with improved FuelCell technology in the forefoot, the FuelCell Prism creates a high-rebound, energetic, propulsive feel and an ultra-lightweight running experience. EVA has also been used within the midsole to ensure added comfort over long distances. The EVA further absorbs the shocks and negative impacts as you heel strike and uses this energy to catapult you off into your next step, allowing you to be fast than ever before. The EVA has been strategically placed to deliver lightweight cushioning. Completing the midsole is a medial post that helps to control pronation and reduce the risk of injury, enhancing stability and support without sacrificing lightweight or comfort.

Rubber Outsole

A data-informed dynamic rubber outsole exists to provide a balance of lightweight traction and unparalleled durability. The rubber provides incredible traction on a variety of surfaces so that you can grip the ground to propel you past the finishing line.
