Mesh Upper
The upper of the New Balance FuelCore Nitrel Trail Shoes are constructed with mesh which delivers a breathable foot environment, keeping the feet feeling cool and dry during tough runs. Synthetic overlays have been placed on top using a no-sew material application which offers lightweight support and seamless comfort. At the forefoot of the shoe, a toe protect rubber rand can be found which protects the feet from loose rocks and debris. Finishing off the shoe is a padded collar and tongue which will provide you with step-in plush comfort and a pull tab to aid assistance when putting on the shoe.
REVlite Midsole
The midsole is equipped with an innovative foam compound providing the same responsiveness and durability of New Balance foams 30% heavier. REVlite offers a lightweight ride without minimising construction or sacrificing underfoot cushioning or stability. Added underfoot cushioning and comfort comes from the NB Response 2.0 performance insert. This material aims to provide the runner with a seamless and comfortable running experience. Improved responsiveness is encouraged by IMEVA which also offers additional underfoot cushioning.
AT Tread Rubber Outsole
The outsole is made from a superbly durable rubber compound which allows the shoe to firmly grip various terrain and also offers much-needed protection to the bottom of the shoe. Thanks to the various shapes and sizes of the lugs on the outsole, this shoe is perfect for dual-use and will offer superb grip whilst running over a combination of road and trail.
