New Balance 1500v6 Women's Running Shoes

Built for speed seekers, the new 1500v6 runner brings a fresh look to this classic series. A breathable, lightweight upper offers support, while displaying a race day-inspired design. Underfoot, a newly formulated REVlite midsole that's designed for a quicker rebound, offering the long-haul support needed from 5K to 26.2.

FantomFit Upper

FantomFit uppers will encase each foot in streamlined comfort. FantomFit technology uses a skeletally engineered construction to provide ultralight support and fit; it is created by fusing two thin materials with a no-sew process. This seamless fabrication means that weight, layers and bulk are reduced, as well as the risk of rubbing and blisters (because we know how those can ruin your day), meaning you get a barefoot-friendly feel. As well as this, the upper also features an engineered knit which increases ventilation so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Perforations within the fabric increase airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. A thin felt tongue sits smoothly against the skin to protect against lace pressure whilst enhancing the streamlined fit of the 1500v6. Lastly, a lacing system locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

REVlite Midsole

Constucted using New Balance's developed REVlite midsole, this provides the shoe with premium responsiveness and durability. When you start to move, the REVlite will spring into action, providing you with an extremely responsive boost. It is also extremely durable, so it can withstand heavy forces placed against it. Despite providing responsiveness and protection, the midsole uses extremely lightweight foam which will allow you to make explosive movements without any restrictions. The innovative foam compound provides the same responsiveness and durability of New Balance foams 30% heavier, offering a feathery ride that doesn't minimise construction or sacrifice underfoot cushioning and stability. Light in weight and low in profile, it helps to spare your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Shocks will also be absorbed, preventing sharp forces from coming into contact with the sole of the foot.

Blown Rubber Outsole

The outsole of the New Balance 1500v6 Running Shoes has been developed using a blown rubber which supplies multi-directional sticky grip for all-season wear. The durable rubber compound adorns the heel and toe, resisting the traumas of heel-strike and toe-off to provide you with a reliable and long-lasting race buddy. The outsole is able to form a solid bound with the ground beneath it to increase traction as you run. The rubber is also highly durable and works to resist wear and tear so you can have complete confidence mile after mile.
