Engineered Mesh Upper

Zoom Air Midsole
Constructed using a low-density foam, the midsole of the Nike Zoom Rival Fly 3 provides soft, smooth cushioning. Nike Zoom Air features under the forefoot to supply your stride with extra bounce; it combines pressurised air with internal fibres to deliver responsive cushioning that springs back fast, so you can move faster. Durable Rubber Outsole
A durable rubber outsole completes the Zoom Rival Fly 3 to provide enhanced traction and increased durability. Forefoot flex grooves have been added to the outsole to optimize to-offs; as you run the grooves allow the outsole to flex which allows you to achieve a better toe-off and increases your running efficiency.
