Woven Fabric Upper

A woven fabric upper encases each foot in streamlined comfort. Zones of ventilation and structure are engineered into the material; perforations in the heel increase airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to win in, and lightweight support wraps the foot in a firm fit, reducing in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. The anatomical toe design follows the natural contours of the foot; it enhances propulsion by increasing space in the forefoot, allowing the toes to splay and push off the ground. A cross strap features on the upper so you can adjust the fit easily and quickly between jumps.

Zoom Air Midsole

A Zoom Air unit at the forefoot of the Nike Air Zoom LJ Elite gives you a light, responsive bounce when your foot connects to the track. Two cushioned chambers within the air unit add even more stability and spring. It combines with a full-length carbon fibre plate for a propulsive and stable feel as your foot takes off. The carbon is tuned in the midfoot and heel for a stiff feel where you need it most for a better transition from heel to toe by absorbing impact and then expelling it back out for a bounce-like effect.

7 Spike Outsole

Seven removable spike pins, made of stainless steel feature on the outsole of the Air Zoom LJ Elite to deliver optimal biting traction. A sharkskin heel pattern on the outsole, designed from athlete data, adds extra traction along the foot where you need it most. Lightweight foam at the heel helps cushion your foot without adding weight.
