Synthetic Leather Upper
Providing your feet with an ideal level of protection on the track, the Javelin Elite Throwing Spikes have a synthetic upper. The materials are highly durable, ensuring that feet are well shielded, as well as, for a superb fit and feel. Not only this, but the uppers are highly breathable to help prevent overheating and keep feet dry during intense sections of your competition. Moisture-wicking, the uppers will also work to prevent an uncomfortable growth of sweat and moisture, keeping feet dry. A toe cap protects feet from knocks and bumps, for the best level of protection on the track. The Zoom Elites also have a zipper closure to provide you with a customised, snug fit, reducing in-shoe slipping. Working alongside this, the shoes have an adjustable angled strap at the ankle, helping to improve lockdown and stability. A cushioned tongue and collar rest against your foot, helping to reduce irritation or chafing from occurring.
Phylon Midsole and Eleven Spike Outsole
Featuring an impressive Phylon midsole, the spikes have a Phylon midsole providing you with lightweight underfoot comfort, ensuring your feet have a comfortable landing, and cushioning your steps during every stride. The midsole provides the cushioning you need during the impact phase as you start your run-up, without sacrificing weight. A full-length Pebax spike plate is also used through the midsole, providing you with durability, and features 11 removable spikes, which help to improve grip and durability during competition. Additionally, the outsoles feature a Sharkskin patterned outsole construction, further enhancing the grip and traction on the surface below.
