This award-winning insole features 32 precision sensors that help to tell you everything that you need to know about your run. With in-built GPS, NURVV Run accurately tracks your distance, time, pace and splits, elevation, calories and cadence even when you're running phone-free. NURVV Run monitors unique running metrics including pronation, footstrike, step length and balance, so you can exactly see how your feet hit the ground as you run and whether your form changes as you fatigue. This creates a form report, providing tailored training tips and exercises to help you work on your technique and performance improvements. The coaching app allows you to see suggested drills tailored to your individual running technique, and provides real-time coaching as you run. Whether you want to shave a few seconds off your PR or stick to a steady pace on easy runs, live audio coaching guides you to your target pace. NURVV Run monitors your training volume over the past seven days and compares it to your recent running history. Using this data, NURVV generates a unique daily run allowance that suggests your running distance each day to maintain your optimal training load helping you minimise injury while increasing your fitness. After crunching the data from your recent runs, NURVV will provide you with a running health score, indicating your level of injury risk, highlighting any risk areas and providing tailored guidance to help you improve. The footstrike trainer offers technique coaching to modify footstrike through an indoor workout that provides real-time visualization of your actual foot landing pattern to see if there is an imbalance and potential injury risk.

These ultra-thin comfort insoles are rain, mud and puddle proof, and provide 5 hours of active battery life. They are compatible with iOS 12 or above (iPhone 6s or above), Android 6.0 or above, Apple Watch Series 3 or above and ANT+ (Garmin), but can also be used phone-free and indoors. Two lightweight GPS trackers and the charger are included.
