OMM Ultra 8 Running Backpack

The Ultra 8 Backpack has a simplistic design and reliable construction making the bag a firm favourite among commuters, both running and cycling. The bag has a Yoke harness design, which spreads the pack's load evenly across your shoulders, instead of a traditional waist carry. The back features removable padding to achieve increased comfort and when removed a lighter backpack. The Ultra 8 also features a single, combined chest and waist belt harness, which creates an incredibly stable pack with unimpaired movement. Both the chest and waist belt have multiple points of adjustment, allowing you to get a preferred fit. The chest strap has also been designed to be adjusted for varying terrains, such as on rocky technical steep terrain, where you won't want the pack to move at all and for this, the straps can be pulled apart for a tight fit. A flatter run will mean you prefer a more comfortable fit, so the shoulder straps can be pushed together to release the tension. On the chest strap is a whistle, provided for safety reasons. Compartments and pockets allow you to organise and store your belongings safely, including wrap-around mesh side pockets which can be used as one whole pocket or separated into two pockets. These pockets are positioned above the kidneys for maximum comfort and are large enough to stuff any spare kit or food for later use, making it easy to grab anything. The backpack also features OMM's Universal Gear Rail (UGR) allowing you to store pieces of equipment on the bag's outer, providing even more space to store your gear. At the top of the bag is a pocket for storing keys, your phone and other essential items. The bag also has attachment points for storing items on the front and a top storm flap covering the opening. This impressive pack is compatible with hydration bladders, OMM GoPods, OMM Compressor Pods and other accessories. Completing the backpack are reflective elements to provide visibility in low-light conditions.
