Featuring strategically placed perforations, the shoes provide feet with a constant supply of fresh, cool air, preventing feet from overheating and keeping them comfortable throughout your running adventures. The shoes also feature PWRTAPE technology in high-stress areas, to help prevent irritation and support your stride. A soft, padded collar and tongue provide a chafe-free wearing experience, to prevent rubbing, and provide feet with a comfortable fit. NITROFOAM Midsole

Using Puma's nitrogen-infused thermoplastic foam, the Deviate Nitro 3 HYROX features a NITROFOAM midsole. NITROFOAM is an extremely lightweight, highly responsive cushioning. By infusing nitrogen into their foams, Puma has expanded the midsole, resulting in an exceptionally comfortable compound for feet to land. Also, the foam enhances forward propulsion, helping you to hit those PBs and absorbs impact, to reduce the stress on your joints and the risk of injury or discomfort when running. The shoes use NITROFOAM for explosive energy return, adding a spring to your step and ensuring soft cushioning underfoot.
