Designed to keep you protected when out and about, the Rab Prosar Jacket is the perfect addition your outdoor adventures. Featuring a lightweight nylon ripstop, the jacket ensures protection on the toughest of trails. The ripstop fabrication reduces the risks of tearing and abrasion to give you peace of mind as you navigate outdoor environments. As well as this, the tightly woven polyamide yarns of the Atmos fabric outer make it highly wind and water-resistant to ensure complete protection as you go. The water-resistant fabrication repels light rain and snow whilst the wind-resistant nature of the fabric blocks out cold wind to keep you comfortable and warm at all times. To keep you comfortable and warm, a Goose Down has been used within the fabrication; it offers unbelievable insulation by trapping warm air inside the garment for maximum warmth at minimum weight. All Rab Down products use ethically sourced European Goose down certified to Responsible Down Standard. This ensures that our entire down supply chain can be traced so consumers can be confident that all down and feathers used in Rab products adhere to the highest possible animal welfare and safety standards. Helping to distribute the down is the zoned midi and nano baffles which reduce the risks of cold spots.
The Prostar features a filled hood which helps you to stay warm and protected at all times. The hood allows you to find the perfect fit whilst shielding you from harsh weather conditions plus, it has been filled with down insulation which ensures complete warmth when temperatures drop. A relaxed fit is designed to be slim fitting but not too tight, it supplies comfortable coverage that moves with you and provides enough room for layering if you require it. The fit also ensures freedom of movement because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. A YKK VISLON front zip exists for complete temperature control, it can be worn up to seal in the heat and zipped down to release an intolerable heat build-up. Two handwarmer pockets allow you to keep your hands warm when temperatures drop whilst a stuff sack allows you to store the jacket when it is not in use. The hem drawcord can be used to cinch down the fit plus, hook and loop adjustable cuffs allow you to seal in escaping heat.
