Utilising a combination of GORE-TEX Pro seam tape and GORE-TEX Pro Most Breathable membrane, the Latok Mountain GORE-TEX Pro Jacket is an ideal jacket for year-round walking, as it has a 3-layer waterproof fabric. This is designed to withstand abrasion in tough environments, provides you with windproofing and breathability, and is extremely protective, keeping you dry during torrential downpours and the harshest snow storms. The dual-weight construction means that tougher fabric is strategically placed across the shoulder and sleeves for protection in areas that are high wearing. The lighter fabrics around the core mean that you have better mobility, breathability and reduced weight, which works great when you want to stash the jacket away. Articulated sleeves also allow movement to be both free and comfortable. The jacket's fabrication has the ability to deflect wind, rain, sleet and snow, whilst also being exceptionally moisture-wicking, keeping you cool, comfortable and dry when your journey heats up. To remove heat rapidly, the Latok Mountain GORE-TEX has underarm vents, with two-way zips for airflow adjustments, keeping you cool and comfortable on long hikes. The Latok Mountain GTX has a stowable hood, preventing it from billowing in the wind when it's not in use. It has a two-way adjustment that can be cinched in quickly using one hand when negotiating tricky terrain, and its protective stiff peak keeps the rain off your face. Not only this but the hood is designed to move easily with your head, meaning visibility won't be hindered. To prevent windchill from occurring, the jacket has extended cuffs with hook and loop adjustments, which will also allow you to fit gloves or mitts under, and a dual-sided mitt-friendly rear adjustment will keep you protected from the breeze. Supplying you with a wide variety of storage space for your belongings to be kept safely, including 3 external pockets with YKK AquaGuard zips, and an internal zipped pocket. The Latok Mountain GTX Jacket has a two-way YKK VISLON centre front zip with a lower snap fastener and a fleece-lined chin guard for comfort, allowing you to easily control airflow and take it on and off when you want.
