Breathable Upper
Quick-drying mesh uppers will encase each foot in ventilated comfort. Perforations in the fabric increase the airflow to create a better, healthier environment for young feet to thrive in. The protective synthetic toe cap reinforces the shoe's trail-worthy state, defending feet against roots, rocks and other general hazards. A mud guard skirts the base of the shoe to repel debris as you splash through dirt and sloppy ground. Sensifit technology employs synthetic overlays to cradle the foot in snug, customised comfort; helping to anchor you to the midsole and reduce in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. A Velcro strap allows for easy adjustment, plus no tying!
EVA Midsole / Contagrip Outsole
A lightweight sockliner lies atop a resilient midsole to supply an extra layer of step-in comfort and cushion. EVA resides beneath; lightweight too, it spares juvenile joints as they strike down onto hard, unforgiving terrain. A rugged outsole completes the Speedcross Junior, its aggressive lug pattern providing biting traction as you tackle awkward ascents and daring descents. High Traction Contagrip rubber flanks the perimeter of the outsole, increasing durability in this high-stress area whilst providing vigorous grip. Non-marking Contagrip makes up the middle of the outsole, its softer composition allowing for increased flexibility, as well as super-sticky grip.
