A reinforced water repellent fabric exists on the torso to keep you protected during light rain. As well as this the fabric is also reinforced meaning it provides enhanced durability so you can continue with complete confidence on tough trails. Breathable materials have been used elsewhere on the jacket to increase overall ventilation. The fabrication allows cool air to flow throughout the garment whilst, at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape; this creates a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in. As well as this Salomon's signature air vent system features multiple easy to open vents that allow for airflow. A full zip exists for complete temperature control, it can be worn up to seal in the heat and zipped down to release an intolerable heat build-up.
