Saucony Freedom ISO 2 Running Shoes
With supreme cushioning and a sock-like fit, the Saucony Freedom ISO 2 Running Shoes will transform the way you feel when running. The breathable and supportive shoe provides fantastic breathability, ensuring an incredibly comfortable ride.
ISOKNIT Upper
Debuting ISOKNIT, a material designed and produced by Saucony, the Freedom ISO 2 has a sock-like feel and fit, whilst retaining shape for support. The material morphs to the foot, giving it a custom feel for any shape of foot. The material is extremely lightweight, making it feel gentle on the foot and ensuring that the whole structure of the shoe hasn't got any excess weight. With stronger material at the toe, protection is offered to the front of the foot, in case of any bumps and stubbings which could cause impact injuries. Up the foot laces and a padded tongue make getting the right fit easy to tailor and feel comfortable. A streamlined support frame make the shoe ideal for holding the heel into place.
EVERUN Midsole
Throughout the whole of the midsole, the shoe uses Saucony's EVERUN midsole. Made by steam fusing thousands of bouncy TPU beads, the overall result is a material that offers protection and cushioning as well as benefitting each step with rebound. As well as providing users with these benefits, the midsole is twice as flexible as standard cushioning, making takeoffs, landings and transitions feel smooth and powerful. The shoe has a four-millimetre heel to toe drop, which makes running feel more natural. Ideal for users with a neutral pronation, this means you rely less on the cushioning and stability features, reducing wear and damage.
TRI-FLEX Rubber Outsole
For supreme traction and durability, the shoe uses Saucony's TRI-FLEX Crystal Rubber on the Freedom ISO 2's outsole. The material offers users fantastic grip and traction on uneven and wet surfaces. It is also extremely durable, making it able to be used on rough ground safe in the knowledge that it is able to handle it. The actual detailing on the sole on the lugs means that forces are dispensed over a large surface area, whilst it delivers extreme flexibility for traction.
