Enigneered Mesh Upper

The Switchback ISO Trail uses Saucony's developed ISOFIT in the upper, which will guarantee personalised fit and comfort. The shoe morphs around the foot, which will move with it, making the shoe feel like it is working with you, and making it feel non-restrictive. The engineered mesh surrounding the upper is extremely breathable, and once you begin exercising the air inside the shoe is able to escape, where it is then replaced by cooler air. This constant cycle will keep the feet feeling fresh and ventilated. The toe has firmer material surrounding it, which will protect it from any bumps or knocks that it may receive on the trails. Saucony has combined with BOA Technology to produce an extremely firm and easily adjusted lacing system. The dial lacing system is extremely easy to tighten and loosen whilst out and on the move, which will allow you to quickly adjust the fit for more control. The integrated tongue prevents dirt and debris from entering the shoe for maximum comfort. An external support frame provides support and stability ensuring steady footing on uneven terrain, whilst the reinforced upper enhances protection against loose debris and increases durability against bumps and grazes. Within the shoe, there is a FORMFIT performance contoured footbed. This will manage moisture from sweat, wicking it away from the foot, and over time the footbed will personalise the comfort of the shoe.

EVERUN Midsole

Providing extremely soft yet durable cushioning, the full-length EVERUN midsole will feel plush under the foot, and keep you going for faster and longer than before. The low profile midsole will provide multiple benefits to the feet. Towards the bottom of the midsole, all heavy impacts from the ground beneath are absorbed instantly and effectively. Once absorbed, the midsole will transfer the energy into rebound extremely efficiently and effectively, giving you an extra spring in your step. Energy is also returned by the flexibility of the midsole, which will propel you across the trails. Towards the top of the midsole, the EVERUN midsole will cradle the foot, providing ergonomically designed support. The EVA towards the top is softer, which will provide next to foot comfort that will last all day.

PWRTRAC Outsole

The dual-density PWRTRAC outsole will make sure that you will stay in complete control no matter what the terrain is like. The extremely durable rubber is abrasion resistant, which will allow it to stand up against all that it thrown at it on the uncertain terrains. The rubber also provides exceptional traction, which will provide you with an extremely solid base to push off from. The material compound within the outsole has a Coefficient of Friction that is three times that of normal carbon rubber. An aggressive lug design will further anchor the feet in place, which will result in exceptional control on wet ground, especially when taking off, braking and changing direction.
