Saucony Xodus 10 Trail Running Shoes

ISOFIT Upper

Constructed with an engineered mesh upper, the Xodus 10 Trail envelopes your feet in breathable comfort. Allowing cool air to penetrate and remove uncomfortable heat build-up, the fabric provides a cool, regulated internal temperature to create an environment that feet can thrive in. Combined with the innovative ISOFIT technology, the dynamic fit system of a soft inner sleeve and floating support cage adapts and moulds to the shape of your foot, moving with the foot's natural motion for a custom fit and a locked-in feel. The mesh upper is reinforced to protect against loose debris out on the trail and increase durability against bumps and grazes. There is an external frame which maintains the shape of the shoes, especially in high-impact situations. This will offer protection by holding the foot in place, preventing it from slipping and causing injury. A firm heel collar increases stability when tackling tricky terrain, whilst an integrated tongue prevents dirt and debris from entering the shoe. The traditional lace closure secures the midfoot for a locked-down fit and feel.

PWRRUN+ Midsole

Using their brand new innovative PWRRUN+ in the Xodus 10, Saucony has developed a midsole that will give you the next generation of cushioning. The PWRRUN+ midsole is 25% lighter than the previous lightest midsole, which will dramatically lower the weight of the shoe. As well as this, the midsole is three more durable than previous midsoles, which will improve the long-term functionality of the shoe, making it always feel the same mile after mile. With double the amount of flexibility than previous Saucony midsoles, this will improve the responsiveness of the shoe, giving you an added spring in your step to push you on faster. The high-performing material within the midsole is also three times less heat sensitive than previous midsoles, which will mean that no matter what time of the year or what conditions you are running in, the midsole will always deliver a premium performance. FormFit technology has been used within the midsole to create a dynamic fit system, by adapting to the shape and motion of the runner's foot, eliminating millimetres of movement with each stride. This 3D approach to fit uses an underfoot cradle construction that is topped with cushioning that shapes to your foot. Not only does FormFit work to provide a comfortable and supportive fit but, it is also highly flexible and hardwearing increasing the overall durability and comfort over long periods of time. PWRTRAC Outsole

Nowhere is off limits with the dual compound PWRTRAC and XT-900 outsole. The exceptionally tacky, durable PWRTRAC rubber provides unparalleled traction and abrasion resistance and offers a compound that has a Coefficient of Friction (COF) that is 3x that of normal carbon rubber. Paired with the XT-900, a premium carbon rubber, the Saucony Xodus ISO 3 is prepared to tackle any adventure. Finished deep, aggressive directional lugs, the outsole offers traction on a range of tricky surfaces and grip for confident footing no matter where your adventure takes you.
