Saucony Guide 18 Women's Running Shoes

Built for comfort and protection, the Guide 18 is a cushioned everyday trainer that combines soft and responsive PWRRUN foam with the exclusive Center Path Technology that keeps the foot centred and supported to deliver a best-in-class underfoot experience by maintaining a standard centerline, increasing the height of the sidewalls and building it on a rocker shape to ease toe-off.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Designed to provide lightweight, breathable support, the Saucony Guide 18 has been constructed using an engineered mesh upper. This upper delivers a comfortable fit from heel to toe whilst still providing lightweight breathability. The mesh will encase each foot in breathable comfort and allow cool air to flow throughout the shoe to remove an uncomfortable heat build-up so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin that creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in. As well as this, FORMFIT technology surrounds the foot in a made-for-me feel which accommodates the feet, giving them a feeling like these shoes were made specifically for you. The soft padded tongue sits close against the foot for increased levels of comfort while the heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot for a secure fit.

PWRRUN Midsole

Using even more innovative PWRRUN midsole in the Guide 18 than previous versions, Saucony has developed a midsole that will offer you exceptional levels of cushioning. PWRRUN provides lightweight and springy shock absorption to keep your feet comfortable at all times with just the right amount of softness, yet stays responsive mile after mile. A broad base geometry and higher sidewalls have been built on a rocker shape for ease throughout the gait cycle. New Center Path technology keeps your feet centred and level, preventing overpronation for a smoother ride. Finally, a PWRRUN+ sockliner further increases the cushioning, providing step-in comfort.

XT-900 Outsole

Engineered to be grippy and longlasting, the outsole of the Saucony Guide 18 has been constructed using a durable carbon rubber. This outsole ensures exceptional traction and durability so you can push the miles with complete confidence. The rubber can form a solid connection with a wide range of surfaces, giving you one less thing to worry about. The strong connection with the ground will provide a firm base for you to push off from, making your gait cycle more efficient. Reinforced in high-wear areas the outsole will withstand long-lasting wear. Completing the outsole are multi-directional grooves strategically positioned to further secure your feet to the ground, and will also improve efficiency in takeoffs, landings, and changes of direction.
