Building on the versatile precision and sensitivity of our best-selling Furia, the all-new Furia S features a slightly softer design for an ultra-sensitive feel as well as a redesigned heel and Z-closure system for a superior, glove-like fit.

Microsuede Upper

Constructed using a microsuede upper, the Scarpa Furia S Climbing Shoes are worthy of any outdoor adventure. Designed to provide the right amount of flexibility and support, the upper conforms to the shape of the foot yet, retains its elasticity for a better, more supportive fit. The microsuede upper ensures the shoes hold their shape for longer than other leather equivalents plus, it's soft on the skin for complete comfort. A seamless toe panel wraps around the forefoot to provide durability and support. The medial toe rubber protects your feet against knocks and scrapes plus, the integrated heel cup secure the heel to reduce slippage and ensure an optimum fit. Lastly, the Furia S Climbing Shoes feature a WSS closure system to provide added midfoot support. The closure system spreads pressure across the upper allowing for greater volume adjustment.

Flexan Midsole

The midsole of the Furia S Climbing Shoes is low in profile to save on weight and increase underfoot feel. The Flexan midsole is 1.0mm thick to ensure a level of support which doesn't compromise on sensitivity. The midsole spreads the force in the forefoot and allows for excellent flexibility in the rear of the shoe so you can edge into the smallest crevices with the confidence you can get back out again. The Furia is aggressively downturned to allow your feet to form a position that's best for advanced climbing.

Vibram Outsole

Develeoped using a Vibram XS Grip 2 Outsole, the Scarpa Furia S Climbing Shoes ensure maximum support whether you're outdoor, indoor or lead climbing. This specialist outsole allows you to focus your weight on the tiniest of holds and keeps its shape in tough conditions. The XS grip 2 improves on the superior grip characteristics of XS Grip and delivers outstanding precision, support and stability for outstanding grip in every condition. A truly robust outsole, the XS Grip 2 can endure repeated abuse in hot and cold weather conditions giving you a shoe that can truly perform in all weather conditions. The rigid nature of the outsole supports you during any climb by adapting to the ground below you and bearing your weight as you move from rock type to rock type. The superior rigidness of this shoe is counterbalanced by adaptability and sensitivity. Additionally, a IPR Active Randing System helps to reduce excess materials and increase overall sensitivity, precision and adaptability.
