Microfibre Upper

Constructed using a microfibre upper, the Scarpa Vapour V Climbing Shoes are worthy of any outdoor adventure. Designed to provide the right amount of flexibility and support, the upper conforms to the shape of the foot yet, retains its elasticity for a better, more supportive fit. Lyra has also been used on the upper to provide outstanding next to skin comfort and an easy on/off. A heel tensioning rubber is strategically placed to allow great elasticity, support adjustment and growth. Completing the Piki Junior Climbing Shoes is a velcro strap that secures the midfoot for a supportive, locked-down fit.

EVA Midsole

The midsole of the Piki Junior Climbing Shoes is low in profile to save on weight and increase underfoot feel. EVA has been used within the midsole to increase underfoot comfort and cushioning. The compression moulded EVA has been used within the midsole to ensure lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, the EVA midsole provides an abundance of cushioning for all-day wear.

Vision Outsole

Developed using a vision rubber outsole, the Piki Junior is both sticky and resilient in all conditions. The stiff rubber is effective on terrain where small crevices and edging is a priority. The rigid nature of the outsole supports you during any climb by adapting to the ground below you and bearing your weight as you move from rock type to rock type. The outsole of this shoe is specially designed for newer climbers who are just starting out as it will adapt to all the conditions a new climber may face. The outsole of the Piki Junior provides an optimal balance of performance and durability.
