Knitted Mesh Upper

Constructed using a lightweight knit upper, the Skechers Elite Flex Lochbay Training Shoes work to keep you cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The knitted fabric allows cool air to permeate throughout the entire upper to increase ventilation and to reduce an uncomfortable heat build-up; creating a perfect environment for your feet to thrive in. Perforations within the fabric increase airflow allowing you to remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Smooth synthetic overlays have been added to key areas on the upper to increase durability and provide a supportive fit; they also feature perforations for added ventilation. A soft fabric shoe lining increases next to skin comfort and reduce the risks of chafing and irritation whilst a soft stretch fabric collar is lightly padded to ensure a comfortable fit. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Elite Flex Midsole

Sketchers have developed the Elite Flex midsole with superior impact cushioning protection and remarkable energy return. The midsole works to provide ample cushioning so you can continue on without your workout in complete comfort. It provides you with a soft cushioned feel on every step. The midsole works to actively and efficiently absorb shocks before they can reach the sole of the foot, this reduces potential injury and you strike down on unforgiving terrain. As well as preventing impacts from reaching the foot, the midsole transfers shock into rebounds, giving you an extra boost on every step. The highly flexible midsole design works with the outsole to provide freedom of movement in all directions ensuring you get the most out of any workout. Additionally, an air-cooled memory foam cushion comfort insole provides ample underfoot cushioning that moulds to the shape of your foot and provides personalised comfort.

Flexible Outsole

Developed using a rubber outsole, the Elite Flex Lochbay Training Shoes keep you grounded at all times. The flexible outsole allows you to form a strong grip with a wide range of surfaces. This will mean that you will stay in control over a wide range of terrain, as well as making longer strides and movements easy to achieve without causing any damage to the shoes. The responsive traction helps you feel closer to the ground beneath you without sacrificing on comfort. Traction is an important factor whilst training as it avoids slipping and provides more stability. As well as this, the rubber is anti-abrasion, which will not be damaged easily, and additionally, it will not wear down quickly.
