Smooth synthetic overlays also feature on the upper to provide added durability and support. The overlays resist wear and tear giving you peace of mind on tough terrain plus, they also support the toe and heel to ensure a locked-down fit. To increase overall comfort, a soft lining and smooth heel collar adds cushioning and reduces any discomfort you so can enjoy distraction-free strides. Compleing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in shoe slippage so you can enjoy distracion-free stirdes.

Ultra Go Midsole

The midsole of the Skechers GoRun 400 Running Shoes uses two different technologies to ensure complete comfort for all-day wear. Kicking off the midsole is the lightweight and responsive Ultra Go Cushioning which works to absorb shocks and impacts to spare your joints when striking down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Completing the midsole is Skechers signature Air Cooled Goga Mat which provides high rebound cushioning and enhanced breathability. The insole ensures added underfoot cushioning and works to increase breathability so your feet will always remain comfortable and cool.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Developed using a durable rubber outsole, the Skechers GOrun 400 Running Shoes ensure long-lasting durability and traction. The outsole is able to form a solid grip between the shoe and rocky terrain to keep you grounded at all times.
