Constructed using the highest level of compression, the tights support your muscles at all times. The compressive nature of the tights works to improve blood circulation to help you recover faster after intense exercise. The compressive fit increases blood flow and reduces lactic acid build-up to improve oxygenation of muscle tissue, this, in turn, reduces muscle soreness and increases recovery times. As well as this, a four-way stretch fabrication allows you to achieve a full range of motion. The tights move with your body's natural motion to ensure freedom of movement at all times. Within the tights, a sweat-wicking fiber has been used to keep you comfortable and dry at all times. How To Wear SKINS Tights
If you're trying to get into a pair of Long Tights, Skins suggest you scrunch them up from the waist down to the ankle and put one foot in first - the same as you would do if you were putting on a pair of pantyhose. Do the same on the other leg. Then gradually pull each leg up - taking care to keep the seams running up your legs as you go.
Gentlemen, make sure the pouch is at the front when you put the Tights on to ensure comfort - you won't want to be running around with your Tights on backwards.
