Designed with Skins' medium level of compression, the Skins Series 3 Long Tights are the perfect addition to your workout wardrobe. The compressive nature of the tights support your muscles and helps to reduce the risks of injury. The tights are clinically proven to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. By enhancing circulation and oxygen to active muscles the tights ensure you have more power and control when exercising. Compression works to reduce fatigue and the risk of injury by providing targeted support to your muscles as you train. The compressive fit increases blood flow and reduces lactic acid build-up to improve oxygenation of muscle tissue, this, in turn, reduces muscle soreness and increases recovery times. As well as this, a four-way stretch fabrication allows you to achieve a full range of motion. The tights move with your body's natural motion to ensure freedom of movement at all times. If that's the case, Skins recommend choosing the smaller size for tights, if you have an athletic body type, otherwise chose the larger size. Skins always recommend choosing the larger size for tops. How To Wear SKINS Tights
If you're trying to get into a pair of Long Tights, Skins suggest you scrunch them up from the waist down to the ankle and put one foot in first - the same as you would do if you were putting on a pair of pantyhose. Do the same on the other leg. Then gradually pull each leg up - taking care to keep the seams running up your legs as you go.
