The compressive nature of the half tights supports your muscles and helps to reduce the risks of injury. The shorts are clinically proven to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. By enhancing circulation and oxygen to active muscles the half tights ensure you have more power and control when exercising. Compression works to reduce fatigue and the risk of injury by providing targeted support to your muscles as you train. The compressive fit increases blood flow and reduces lactic acid build-up to improve oxygenation of muscle tissue, this, in turn, reduces muscle soreness and increases recovery times. How To Wear SKINS Tights
If you're trying to get into a pair of Long Tights, Skins suggest you scrunch them up from the waist down to the ankle and put one foot in first - the same as you would do if you were putting on a pair of pantyhose. Do the same on the other leg. Then gradually pull each leg up - taking care to keep the seams running up your legs as you go.
Make sure the pouch is at the front when you put the Tights on to ensure comfort - you won't want to be running around with your Tights on backwards.
