The Therabody Theragun Pro helps to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness by getting into the layers of the muscles and fascia which in turn helps relieve tension and restores the correct range of motion. The muscles feature thin layers of fascia and what happens during exercise is that it binds these layers of fascia together which is known as adhesions.
