Constructed using The North Face's signature WindWall fabric, the Flight Wind Jacket protects against cold weather conditions. Engineered to provide lightweight wind resistance, WindWall greatly reduces the effects of wind chill while maintaining a comfortable level of breathability. The fabric technology works to keep you protected from harsh winds whilst still allowing a steady airflow to keep you comfortable when your training session heats up. Thanks to WindWall the flight wind jacket ensures lightweight protection that that packs small for on-the-go versatility. A DWR treatment has also be used on the outer of the jacket to provide added protection from harsh weather conditions, the water-repellent treatment works to ensure unbeatable water-repelling protection. Water is simply repelled away from the fabric, reducing the chilling effect and ensuring a minimal weight gain. An integrated hood offers extra protection against bitter chills and harsh rain; also, when not in use it can be stowed away thanks to a stow pocket inside the jacket. Additionally, Knife pleats at the shoulder allow for an increased range of motion by allowing additional flexibility because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural movement. The jacket also features an adjustable shockcord hem which helps you to seal in escaping heat on cold weather days. A front zip exists for complete temperature control, in colder climates, it can be worn up to seal in heat or when temperatures begin to rise it can be worn down to release an intolerable heat build-up. Completing the Flight Wind Jacket are reflective details which increase your visibility to passing vehicles during late-night adventures.
