2XU Compression Full Zip Trisuit
Completely redesigned in accordance with 2XU's latest RMIT University research, the Compression Full Zip Trisuit promises superior ventilation and power. This range promotes endurance and provides protection against the challenges of long course racing; injury, fatigue, heat and the sun.
2XU have incorporated a 105D Power Mesh PWX Compression into the construction of the Trisuit to provide incredible muscle stabilisation and a greater power output whilst running and cycling. The power mesh fabrication stabilises the muscles to reduce vibration which often causes muscle fatigue and soreness. The increased support stabilises the muscles to reduce overworking and promotes proper muscle alignment for greater endurance. The fabrication also continues to affect the muscles after use ensuring greater recovery for long training sessions. As well as this, the powerful, fabric mesh boasts increased ventilation for heightened body cooling. The mesh increases airflow which has a constant cooling effect on the body; it is also moisture wicking properties meaning it allows excess sweat to be wicked away from the skin for quick evaporation. Equipped with MCS, the trisuit provides anatomically mapped muscle support for greater performance and recovery. The compression benefits include reduced muscle fatigue and soreness, reduced muscle damage and risk of overuse injuries, provides improved performance, improved muscle alignment, increased agility and finally, a faster recovery time.
Swiss Vent has been created in accordances with 2XU's testing by RMIT University to bring you a high-performance technology with the world leading fabric. The high-ventilation matrix knit provides outstanding breathability to keep the skins surface temperature as low as possible whilst still blocking harmful UV rays. Coldblack heat-blocking technology, X-cross polyester yarns and fine denier properties all combine to create a fabric that's going to keep you cool and protection of the hottest summer days. Additionally, SBR Vent technology is lightweight, cooling and exceptionally aerodynamic. The low denier construction keeps your body cool, dry and comfortable whilst ensuring greater speed through its streamlined design. The aerodynamic design reduces drag allowing you to move further and faster. The Pro LD Chamois has been specially created to provide support, cushioning and less bulk for all tri needs. The 80 density absorbing foam ensures added support in the aero position whilst new soft edging reduces bulk for a faster, more comfortable run. Extremely comfortable and low profile the chamois provides the required cushioning for long distance racing. A premium Italian engineered silicone gripper has been used on the suit to ensure it always stays in place, the silicone prevents the suit from riding up increases overall comfort and reducing the risks of chafing and irritability. Easily accessible rear pockets have been added to the suit to provide storage space for small essentials such as packs and gels. Lastly, a full-length lock zip runs down the centre of the suit for an easy on/off. It can also be used to increase ventilation when temperatures begin to rise.
