Under Armour Charged Bandit 3 Ombre Running Shoe
A combination of Charged Cushioning and the SpeedForm construction allow the shoe to offer a snug, comfortable and precise fit which will keep the wearer ready to perform to the best of their abilities.
SpeedForm Upper
An innovative SpeedForm construction has been chosen to construct the Bandit 3. This allows the upper to mould to the foot to offer a precise fit and helps to eliminate the distraction and discomfort which can commonly be caused a loose running shoe. A lightweight woven fabric is used in the construction as it is super breathable and flexible. The breathable qualities mean that cool air is allowed to flow in through the fabric at the same time as warm air is being released, creating a cool and fresh environment for the foot. The flexibility of the fabric allows the upper to snugly wrap the foot without causing the wearer to feel as though their movements are being restricted. Placed at the back of the shoe is an external heel counter. This will offer additional support to the foot as it holds the heel securely in place and reduces the risk of slippage and even possible discomfort and injury occurring. Sitting on the footbed is an Ortholite sockliner. This offers a plush layer of cushioning directly under the foot. The sock liner is treated with anti-microbial properties which helps to prevent the build-up of odour causing bacteria.
Charged Midsole
The midsole is made from a Charged Cushioning. This is a compression moulded foam which offers great responsiveness and energy returning properties. Another key benefit is that the foam is extremely durable, meaning it will retain its shape, offers plush cushioning during longer training sessions and helps to protect the foot.
Solid Rubber Outsole
Placed across high impact zones is a Solid rubber. This will vastly improve the outsoles durability without adding unnecessary weight. Anatomically placed flex grooves allow the outsole of the shoe to bend and move naturally with the foot, reducing the wearer feeling as though the shoe is rigid and uncomfortable.
