Under Armour Charged Engage Training Shoes
Constructed with a lightweight mesh upper with 3D screenprint, combined with Under Armour's Charged cushioning is ideal for those short bursts.
Lightweight Mesh Upper
The mesh upper has been constructed using a 3D screenprint ensuring you have a fashionable looking training shoe as well as an extremely breathable training shoe. With key points for ventilation, the Charged Engage aims to keep your feet cool and dry ensuring sweat can escape reducing the risk of bacteria building up. Lateral TPU clips help keep stability in the heel whilst not getting in the way of keeping the forefoot flexible as well as engaging the midfoot. A traditional lacing system is coupled with an internal heel counter to keep your foot locked in ensuring you have maximum stability.
Charged Cushioned Midsole
Engineered with Charged Cushioning, the midsole boasts a compression-moulded foam for durable cushioning, optimum energy return, and even greater responsiveness. The compression-moulded foam matches the energy given with maximum power returning allowing you to give your optimum performance for even longer. The cushioning absorbs the impact of your foot strike attenuating shock impact to reduce fatigue and protect your joints whilst converting the energy into responsive comfort. The removable comfort sockliner provides hygienic in-step comfort; the breathable sockliner allows the feet to the breath whilst offering a comfortable and responsive ride.
Durable Rubber Outsole
The rubber used on the outsole is extremely durable and abrasion resistant. This will protect the shoe, and the outsole's durability over a long course of time, increasing the shoe's longevity. The rubber is able to form a solid bond with the ground below. This will ensure that you will stay in complete control with a smooth and stable ride. Under the heel, there are strategically placed carbon-rubber traction pods under the heel of the outsole. This will further improve traction and improve durability in the vulnerable heel area that receives most of the shocks. Other high-impact zones have more solid protection which will provide greater durability at less of the weight. Deep flex grooves positioned down the outsole will improve and offer greater flexibilty, which will allow you to push yourself harder and further than ever before.
