Leather Upper
The upper of the Primus Trek is constructed using durable, water-resistant leather to keep your feet protected from the elements. The material helps your feet to remain dry, even in difficult weather and on unforgiving terrain. A sock-like ankle fit prevents debris from causing damage as well as providing a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions. A removable thermal insole combines an Outlast thermal regulator, reflective foil and insulating foam to provide three times the thermal protection of a normal insole. As well as providing protection, the perforated leather offers exceptional breathability by allowing cool air to circulate, leaving a cool, dry environment. Excess sweat and moisture is wicked away to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for the best results and performance. Mountain lace is designed to deliver better adherence.
Pro5 Outsole
PRO 5 works as an ultra-thin, puncture resistant layer in the sole of the shoe so you can jog on jagged terrain with confidence. The Firm Ground sole is Vivo's off-road all-rounder for exploring natural terrains. It lets your feet move as nature intended on light, dry, hot trails and moderately wet surfaces. Low-profile, cross-hatch lugs grip over varying terrains, whilst still allowing for natural sensory feedback and freedom of movement.
