The Zamberlan 311 Ultra Lite GORE-TEX Walking Boots have used the best Hydrobloc full grain leather to ensure durability and protection. This special leather has been treated in the tanning process to increase its water resistance and durability; it also helps the leather to dry out more quickly. In order to keep the Hydrobloc treatment working throughout the life of the boot, they must be treated with Hydrobloc cream as part of the care routine.
As well as the hydrobloc leather, Zamerlan have taken a "belt and braces" approach to keeping you dry by using a full GORE-TEX lining to guarantee that your feet stay dry. Shoes engineered with GORE-TEX Performance Comfort product technology are designed for outdoor use in moderate weather conditions. They combine durable waterproofness and optimised breathability, offering enduring waterproof protection and optimised climate comfort. Water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside. Thanks to their innovative construction they are an ideal solution for the widest range of outdoor activities and changing weather conditions. Lastly, for ultimate comfort, the fully padded and slightly lower ankle cuff offers the right amount of support without feeling tight or restrictive making the Ultra Lite GORE-TEX perfect for general country and hill walking, while the rubber rand and toe bumper helps protect the boots from scuffs and knocks on the trail.
